Sue has guided us twice, buying and selling. An ultimate professional, Sue was ahead of every issue with both transactions. She listens, maps a strategy and executes in your best interest. Initially we resisted an open house, but Sue suggested it would be advantageous in the current market. We listed on a Thursday, had the open house on Sunday and had 7 offers on Monday. Sue’s expertise, engaging personality and diligence will definitely help you secure your desired outcome. She’s the best!

We’ve worked with Sue twice, once for our relocation from the west coast into a rental property and again when we decided to buy a home. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, smart and most importantly fun to work with. Sue is the absolute best realtor. If you’re considering her, do yourself a favor and look no further. I promise you won’t find anyone better. My husband and I were unfamiliar with the area and were considering multiple cities to live in. Sue helped us look at houses in different cities and gave us feedback on the different locations to help us make the right decision for us. She was quick to learn our style and priorities and was able to easily make recommendations and give guidance to help us in finding our perfect home. She is an excellent negotiator and knows the market well, so she was able to get us a great deal on our house. As if that wasn’t enough, she was there to guide us through the entire process from making the offer to closing and little details in between, always available to to answer our questions and make suggestions. Sue was instrumental in helping me and my business partners close on multiple investment properties. She was spot on with rent estimates as well once we leased the properties. Sue definitely has a knack for the location market and price trends. Besides her market knowledge her ability to close deals provided priceless for us.
